dc.description | This presentation celebrates the 75th anniversary of Kapi‘olani Community College and covers its history from its inception as Kapi‘olani Technical School, without an official campus in the Territory of Hawai‘i in 1946, and its progression through the decades into a community college at the Diamond Head campus. It includes discourse on the development of the new Culinary Institute of the Pacific and the restaurant on track to be finished in the fall of 2022. Campus ghosts are also discussed. | en_US |
