Through the courtesy of Major Samuel M. Mills, commanding the United States troops in Hawaii, the Advertiser is enabled to publish a full and complete copy of the order of Presi dent McKinley setting apart certain lands on this Island for military reservations, under the authority vested in him for such purpose by the United States.
