However, one statement needs to be clarified that studies seem to indicate that people of all backgrounds and cultures have similar capacities of intelligences. Despite this fact, there seems to be widespread discrimination and stereotypes in today's workplace. Effective management and leadership require that our workplaces are free of biases so everyone can work synergistically.
