    The purpose of this research is to compare different rail projects from different states based on historical research to predict Hawai’i’s future of how positive of a impact it will make. - Exploratory research will be emphasized to familiarize myself and the audience about the the developing rail system. - Literature review of research will be utilized and analyzed.
