dc.description.abstractThis was an exploratory research project using five scholarly articles involving stress and coping mechanisms. The purpose of my research was to determine what stress management techniques were most beneficial to college students to reduce stress. My independent variables were gender, class standing, and stress management techniques. My dependent variable in my study was the overall stress level of college students.
