Hawaiian Menu Collection

This is a collection of menus of restaurants in Hawaiʻi, Hawaiʻi themed restaurants in other parts of the world, and airlines and cruise ships travelling to Hawaiʻi. The original collector and donors of these menus are unknown. This collection was given to the library by the collegeʻs culinary department. This digital collection displays Hawaiʻi menus from the Rusty Thomas and Wong Okazuya menu collections, also in this repository.
